Owner and President of The House Company. Carolyn has been in the real estate business since 1980. She is past President of the Galveston Association of Realtors and was chosen Realtor of the Year in 1999. She has assembled a team of professional, caring Realtors who go the extra mile for their clients and customers as well as the community. Carolyn is also the past president of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce and The Junior League of Galveston County. She has served as a director on the Texas Association of Realtors Board and is currently the TREPAC Trustee for Region 10, a three county area.

Billie Archuleta has assumed the position of Manager of the Vacation Rental Department of the West End office of The House Company after spending two years as the office administrative manager, which included experience in the Vacation Rental Dept. She is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and has pursued education in Property Management. In addition, her family has been involved in property management for over 35 years. Billie was born in Houston, moved to Pennsylvania for several years, and then moved to Galveston with her husband and two daughters.
Brian Becker graduated from the Dominican University of California with a B.A. in E-Business and Global Marketing. Brian received numerous scholarships to continue his education and earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University. He has experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and strategic planning from various industries. Brian also has experience with property management in Oregon and California. Brian manages the newest Bed & Breakfast in Galveston called the Island Jewel, which has been open since January of 2006. Brian has volunteered with GHF for the Homes Tour, Dickens on the Strand, Galveston's Garden Tour, and various other events for the Galveston Bed & Breakfast Association. Brian is the Long Term Rental Property Manager for The House Company.

David Bowers is a licensed attorney and has been selling real estate since 1989. He served three terms on the Galveston City Council and one term on the Galveston Wharves Board. He received the Distinguished Volunteer Service Award from the Galveston Historical Foundation. With the Foundation he currently serves as Chairperson of their Real Estate Committee rehabilitating and reselling distressed historical properties. He also serves on the Steering Committee of the Foundation. He has restored older homes and a corner store. Two homes have been on the GHF Annual Homes Tour and the store was featured in an exhibit in the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. He has been President of the Silk Stocking Historic District Association, an older Neighborhood in Galveston, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places. David is a member of the Rotary Club of Galveston and a Big Brother in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. He serves as the 2007 Chairperson of the Multiple Listing Service of the Galveston Board of REALTORS.

Licensed since 2004, Adrienne is a graduate of Texas A&M University at Galveston, Broker Associate at The House Company, and has been a resident of the Island since 1998. She and her husband have owned and operated Nautical Antiques and Decor downtown since 2000, supporting events for both the Texas Seaport Museum and the Elissa. Adrienne is currently serving as the Galveston Antique Dealer's Association (GADA) President, board member and Secretary of the Historic Downtown Galveston Partnership (HDGP). She has earned both the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and the GRI certification and is a member of both Galveston and Houston MLS. Adrienne donates a percentage of every commission earned to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to help find a cure.

Addie Earthman Pappous is a sixth generation Houstonian who has lived in Galveston since 1994. In 1995, after attending the University of Arkansas, Addie received her Texas Real Estate License and earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Addie has served as Treasurer of Junior League of Galveston County, has been a member of The President’s Cabinet at UTMB for several years, and was a founding member of the Galveston Pachyderm Club. Addie has garnered much experience with the local government and business environments as she managed the Island's largest antique shop, (Eiband’s Gallery) and several noted commercial buildings.
Becky Gerlach McClain has been a licensed Texas realtor since 1978. She also has a background of 20 years, as a teacher and learning therapist in Houston. During that time she was an active member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Kappa Kappa Gamma and The Junior League. Becky has a special interest in older home restoration and is a member of Galveston Historic Foundation. She has over 25 years experience working with individuals and families. Now a permanent resident of the island, Becky is happy to assist you in buying or selling that perfect Galveston property!
Katrina is a native Texan with strong ties to both Houston and Galveston Island. She graduated from St. John’s School in Houston and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Katrina holds a Master of Education from Colorado State University. A home owner on Galveston’s West End, Katrina is extremely familiar with Galveston Island’s resort properties and overall housing market. She is an avid reader and enjoys running on Galveston’s beaches and enjoying the wildlife of the West Isle. Her greatest joy is her family, who share in Katrina’s passion for all that Galveston offers. Tanya Jones, born and raised in Galveston County, enjoyed a successful career in the customer oriented travel industry before going into real estate. While associated with the top residential real estate firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, she became a million dollar plus agent within her first six months. Tanya belongs to the Galveston Association of Realtors and MLS, as well as the Houston MLS and has earned the special designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute. Tanya has experienced most aspects of the buying and selling process as a homeowner, an investor, and a property manager. She specializes in resort and waterfront properties, but assists buyers and sellers throughout Galveston County. As a Texas Realtor, she provides excellent service based on professionalism and integrity.

Nancy has been a Realtor since 1984. She has a Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a Certified Residential Specialist. She has served on the Ethics Committee for the Galveston Board of Realtors and was their 1999 Chaplain. She served on the MLS committee from 2004-2006 and was co-chair of the committee in 2006. Nancy is active with her church and in the community. Nancy lists and sells both residential and commercial real estate.
Lynn began her career as a Realtor in 1977 at Walden on Lake Conroe. Later she moved to Houston and did strictly residential in the Galleria, Tanglewood and Memorial areas. Having been offered the opportunity by 3 investors to sell a waterfront project with private marina, she moved to Clear Lake. There she invested her time in waterfront and commercial developments. Lynn joined The House Company in 2005 and has enjoyed assisting home buyers throughout the island". "Galveston's economy is definitely on the up swing. Gary has been in the real estate industry for eleven years. He has obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and the Certified Residential Specialist designation. He was both President of the Galveston Association of Realtors and Realtor of the year in 2004. He is the President of the Denver Court Neighborhood Association and a member of the Galveston Historical Foundation. Gary is Chairman of the Texas Adopt-a-Beach Cleanup. He specializes in residential sales throughout the Island.
Albert "Sonny" Vaiani III, born and raised on Galveston Island, returned to the Island after a long, successful military career and settled in an historic island home. He served as an aeromedical pilot and community liaison with Memorial Hermann Life Flight for 16 years. Sonny graduated from Ball High School, earned a B.S. degree in Psychology, received his M.B.A. from Webster University, is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and obtained his Real Estate License in 2005. He is an appointed member of the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council’s (GETAC) Air Medical Committee and the Galveston Airport Advisory Committee, is an aviation safety counselor, and serves as a site surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems. He is a member of Sacred Heart Church, Sunday Morning Coffee Club, Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus, Galveston Historical Foundation, Lone Star Flight Museum/Texas Aviation Hall of Fame, and member and President-elect of the Galveston Island Humane Society Board of Directors.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sam Houston State University, and also an Associates Degree in Social Work from Galveston College. Previously a Caseworker in Child Welfare, she loves helping people. Born and raised in Galveston County, she has lived in Galveston for the past 20 years. She has 3 children, two Ball High Graduates who now attend Texas A&M University and University of Texas San Antonio, and one who attends Weis Middle School where Susan is very active on the PTO Board. Although new to the Real Estate business, Susan owns several homes in Galveston, and appreciates the unique beauty and lifestyle that Galveston has to offer. She places great importance on hard work, integrity, and personal attention to Buyers and Sellers. Susan is a member of both Galveston and Houston Association of Realtors and is also a member of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network.
