Owner and President of The House Company. Carolyn has been in the real estate business since 1980. She is past President of the Galveston Association of Realtors and was chosen Realtor of the Year in 1999. She has assembled a team of professional, caring Realtors who go the extra mile for their clients and customers as well as the community. Carolyn is also the past president of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce and The Junior League of Galveston County. She has served as a director on the Texas Association of Realtors Board and was the TREPAC Trustee for Region 10, a three county area.

Billie Archuletta has been Vacation Rental Manager for three years after spending two years as The House Company’s office administrator. She is a licensed Texas REALTOR® and has pursued education in Property Management. In addition, her family has been involved in property management for over 35 years. Billie serves as Treasurer for the Lafitte Townhomes Owners’ Association and is a member of Island Church. The Archuletta family takes advantage of everything Galveston has to offer every chance they get – including fishing, relaxing at the beaches, dining and all of the festivities Galveston has to offer.
Brian Becker graduated from the Dominican University of California with a B.A. in E-Business and Global Marketing. Brian received numerous scholarships to continue his education and earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University. He has experience in sales, marketing, accounting, and strategic planning from various industries. Brian also has experience with property management in Oregon and California. Brian has volunteered with GHF for the Homes Tour, Dickens on the Strand, Galveston's Garden Tour, and various other events. Brian is the Long Term Rental Property Manager for The House Company.
Both Pat & Stan have been in finance & insurance for their entire careers. Pat began her career in Real Estate in 1980 and has been an active Associate with The House Company since 1987. Stan joined Pat in 1998 at the House Company making “Team Brown”. They take pride in the service they are able to provide, with one of them almost always available to respond to both buyers and sellers. Both Pat & Stan are Galveston natives and are proud to market the entire Galveston Island and Galveston County in both Residential and Commercial. Pat and Stan are both members of the Galveston Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. Pat has served as MLS Membership Chairman and member of Galveston Historical Society. Stan is a member of UTMB Community Advisory Board and past President of Galveston Island Pachyderm. Both are very active in Grace Episcopal Church. Both have served on the Vestry, Lay Chaplin's and Eucharistic Ministers.

Jay has been servicing residential and commercial real estate needs in Galveston since 1973. He is a past president of the Galveston Association of Realtors (GAR), twice chairman of the Galveston Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and served several years on the board of directors. From 1988 to 1992, he also served as a VA appraiser for Galveston County. Jay is a native Galvestonian (BOI), attended the University of Texas at Austin and served with the US Army in Vietnam.

Edie, a native Galvestonian and Southern Methodist University graduate, has been licensed for a number of years and has worked in real estate in both Dallas and Houston before coming back to the Island. In Galveston, Edie taught first grade for several years before joining her mother, the Broker of The House Company. Until her two children were in elementary school, Edie worked part-time as the bookkeeper/office manager. In 2001, Edie joined the terrific House Company sales team and currently works with both buyers and sellers. Her knowledge, skill, and experience keeps her clients informed and comfortable throughout their real estate transaction. Edie attends Moody Methodist Church and is a member of the Communication Committee. She is an active volunteer at Trinity Episcopal School and former TES Board member, as well as former Jr. League of Galveston County Treasurer. After Hurricane Ike, Edie was asked to join the Salvation Army Advisory Board. She has been a member of both Galveston Association of REALTORS® and Houston Association of REALTORS® since joining the sales team, as well as Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Currently, Edie sits on the Galveston Board of REALTORS® as a Director. Edie believes learning never ends and continues to attend classes, webinars, and state and local conventions.
Brian Kuhn is a native Houstonian, but made his way to Galveston as fast as he could. He received his bachelor's degree in international relations from Bucknell University and speaks fluent Spanish. Brian has a passion for architecture and historic preservation, which tie well into his real estate career in Galveston. He loves exploring the Island, and uses his architectural knowledge and understanding of the market to educate buyers and sellers. Brian is hard working and has an outgoing personality, and strives to go far beyond meeting the demands of the client. When he is not in the office or showing properties, Brian can be found fishing the back bays of Galveston or hanging ten on his surfboard. "There is so much fun stuff to do on this island! I feel like I am living the dream every day that I'm here."

Following a successful maritime career, Capt. Gordon Robinson became a licensed Texas Realtor in 1988. A million dollar producer, Gordon specializes in residential and resort sales on Galveston Island with emphasis on historical properties. He has earned the GRI, ABR and Green Realtor designations. Gordon was President of the Galveston Association of Realtors in 1999. GAR’s finances were in the red when he took office, but were in the black before his term ended and remain so now. Named Realtor of the Year in 2000, he was a GAR Director from 1998 through 2003 and was chairman of the Galveston MLS from 2001 through 2003. He has served as Chaplain of GAR for many years. Gordon is also active at the state level with the Texas Association of Realtors. He has attended the TAR Conventions and the Mid-Winter meetings for many years. He has also attended many National Association of Realtors meetings over the years. He represented Region 10 on the TAR Nominating Committee in 2005 and 2006. In 2007 and 2008 he served on the TAR Insurance Task Force, the only Task Force member from the coastal tier, which extends from Orange to Brownsville. He is currently serving on the Regulatory Subcommittee of the Public Policy Committee and on the Members Benefit Committee. He has been appointed to serve again on both committees in 2010. It was Gordon who conceived the idea for the “I Am a Texas Realtor” specialty automobile license plate. The state charges a fee of $30 annually for the plate and $22 of that fee is paid to TAR for their Housing Opportunity Foundation. As of October 31, 2009, that affordable housing program has received a total of $51,524. A life-long Presbyterian, Gordon has served his church many years as Deacon, Elder and Trustee. He is President of the Board of the Seafarers Center of Galveston and is past-Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine Patient Advisory Board at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Gordon is a member of the President’s Cabinet at UTMB. An active Rotarian, he is a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a member of the Galveston Alliance of Island Neighborhoods and a supporting member of the Galveston Symphony Society. He is also a long-time member of the Sunday Morning Coffee Club.
A native of New Jersey, Tom has owned property in Galveston since 1987 becoming a full time resident in 2001. He earned his real estate license in 2003 after retiring as a Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an international home furnishings company. A member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and Galveston Association of Realtors (GAR). Tom is an active Rotarian recently stepping down as the Sergeant at Arms, Steering Committee board member of GHF, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), a member of the Texas Gulf Coast USGBC-Gulf Coast Association and presently serves as the president of the San Jacinto Neighborhood Association. He is currently chairing the Green Sustainability committee for GHF and is a member of the City’s Seawall Beach Enhancement committee and a member of the City of Galveston’s Green Task Force. Tom is a past state board member of the Texas Association of Interior Design (TAID) a past president of Galveston Historical Foundation (GHF), a former member of the Galveston Zoning Board and the Hurricane Ike recovery committee. In addition to selling throughout the Island representing buyers and sellers, he is a very successful residential and commercial leasing agent.

Sherry holds a BBA in Business Administration from Lamar University and has been a full-time Realtor® since 2002. Her professional designations include: CRS® (Council of Residential Specialists), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI® (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CNE® (Certified Negotiation Expert). She is a member of both the Galveston and Houston Associations of Realtors, as well as their respective Multiple Listing Services(MLS). From 2005-2007 she served as Secretary of the Galveston Association of Realtors Board of Directors. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and their extensive referral network throughout the USA; she served as VP of Membership in 2011. Sherry is also a member of the Galveston Chamber of Commerce and served on several Boards of Directors in the Galveston and Houston communities, including Associated Catholic Charities in Houston/Galveston and as past Area Representative for Christian Women's Club. She currently serves on BOD of the Seafarers Center in Galveston. Her special interests, besides her work, family and community, are sewing, vegetable gardening and her animals.
